“ I'm big on Chinese food as I came from Northern California Bay Area. Dim sum every weekend baby! Currently weekly Dim Sum in Las Vegas Chinatown area. But hey, Chef Cheng's does not disappoint. They are actually from San Francisco Francisco area so they do have special dim sum on their daily specials . I ordered their black pepper shrimp and wanted the head on it but that's a work in progress lol they are string beans. I added chicken and black bean sauce. Absolutely delicious guys, don't pass them. Up Their soups are really good too. . ”

They have a lunch menu option that lets you pick three dishes, which was nice to try a variety of items. I enjoyed the orange peel chicken that didn't taste like your traditional orange chicken, but had a nice sauce ”
“ Friendly family place. Range of food from rice, noodles, wontons to main courses of meat , chicken, seafood. Sweet and sour has too much sugar for me. Loved the Hunan beef. Lots of chicken dishes. It all looks good. We enjoyed dinner. Great spices and sauces. Parking in back. Fast service, fresh made to order. We will be back ”
“ Great dinner here! Glad they are OPEN on Sundays. Hot tea, steamed white rice, Hunan Beef $17.95 and steamed mixed vegetables (small) 6.95 - a tasty simple dinner. We relaxed and revived with this good meal. Happy Fortune Cookies finished off our meal. Perfect place for meals to share family style or single diners. Next time, we will try Hot and Sour soup or a chicken dish. ”
“ Thursday to-go order for five. The family love Chef Cheng orange peel chicken, with its gooey, sweet sauce over fried chicken pieces. We also ordered shrimp chow mein, which the kids devoured. Was surprised when I ordered egg rolls, because they're called spring rolls on the menu. These spring rolls are different than what I'm used to and have a dumpling-like wrapping with a vegetable mix inside. At any rate, all the family were happy with the food. ”
